Extremely political, no interest in doing the right thing, rather get something to the market no matter at what cost (especially if it is an IDS year!).
Management plays along with "rising stars" employees, even if they reach goals by stepping on others. Not a team working place, rather "first me, then I'll consider helping you".
Dental should not be a medical device business. The devices are simple and with no real clinical risk. The work of an engineer is mainly paper work.
Research & development have the same head which often creates compliance issues (regulatory is often seen as secondary and exists just because regulations force it, not to make the devices safer).
