I really enjoy my job at NHS. The newly created BU implied to be able too start from scratch. I had to develop the strategic direction for the portfolio and also ensure commercial success.
I benefit from the CEO's trust and have a lot of freedom. I could re-position the biggest brand and totally change the message, communication tools and also be very active on social media. Sales went up which was extremely rewarding.
My colleagues are all open and team oriented, which makes NHS a nice place to work.
The reason I'm looking for another job is because Nestlé's strategy for consumer care is based on acquisitions. This is very clearly communicated, also in the outside. The consequence is that there is no product innovation anymore and the NHS consumer care business will eventually disappear, replaced by newly bought companies, already fully operational.
